Operator of the gas transport system of Ukraine LLC has an open position:

Leading engineer of the construction facilities assembly department

Functional responsibilities:

• Equipping with material and technical resources of objects for the entire period of construction, centralized management of the process;
• Elaboration of estimate documentation in part information on resources, lists of equipment for the completion of construction objects;
• Creation of completion information and MTR provision schedules, monitoring and control of their implementation;
• Support of procurement of MTR intended for the completion of objects construction sites (need study, preparation of technical requirements, assessment of market conditions);
• Ensuring the preparation of contracts for the purchase of material and technical resources and accompanying their implementation;
• Control of the targeted use of MTR;
• Maintenance of accounting and analytical reporting on procurement;
• Organization of interaction between the Customer, Supplier/Contractor, Designer, coordination of their activities on MTR provision;
• Participation in drawing up annual and long-term plans for capital construction, capital repairs at the expense of capital investments for production and non-production facilities

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• Full higher education (technical) AutoCAD, ABK-5, Microsoft Project, Power Point, other specialized software will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of the legal and legislative framework in construction;
• Experience in concluding and executing contracts on supply of MTR;
• Skills in working with design and estimate documentation;
• Experience in the construction field will be an advantage;
• Knowledge in the field of public procurement of goods, works and services;
• Knowledge of the nomenclature of technological equipment and construction materials
