Main functional responsibilities: Compilation of estimate documentation; Verification of estimate documentation of third-party organizations; Evaluation of the cost of complex works; Preparation of a package of documentation for the tender procedure; Acceptance of acts of completed works. Requirements for candidates: Education: higher education (specialist or master's degree); Diploma specialty: relevant field of education; Work experience as an engineer-estimator for 3 years or more; Knowledge of basic laws, regulations, standards, resolutions, orders, instructions, orders of senior managers , methodical, regulatory and other work-related documents; Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SAP, Construction Technologies - Estimates; Knowledge of English at the Pre Intermediate level or higher is desirable.
