Leading engineer of the administration group of the HR department in Kiyivteploenergo

Requirements: Higher education in a relevant professional field at the educational and qualification level of master, specialist. Work experience - at least 2 years as an engineer of the 1st category. PC knowledge at the level of a confident user (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine, standards of personnel records and requirements for military records.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and management of all processes of personnel records in accordance with current legislation (admission, transfer, dismissal, granting of all types of leave, etc.).
• Formation of personal files of employees. Completing, maintaining and accounting of labor books.
• Working with the website of the Pension Fund of Ukraine
• Military accounting in accordance with current legislation (during the absence of the person responsible for military accounting).
• Ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
• Preparation of projects of regulatory and administrative documents: job instructions, Regulations, Instructions, orders, etc.
• Consulting employees on personnel matters issues in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts.
