We invite to our team a Leading engineer of technical support for corporate clients!

Such interesting things are waiting for you tasks:

• Prompt restoration of services and solving technical problems within the limits of registered applications.
• Participation in the process of commissioning new services and starting them up.
• Providing technical advice to managers and customers regarding services that are already working.
• Resolving complex technical issues coming from shift engineers and related units.
• Setting up and maintaining the monitoring system, adding new objects and ensuring data relevance.
• Formation of statistics on the operation of services and preparation of analytical reports to evaluate the effectiveness of systems.

We would like to see you have the following experience and qualities:

• A clear understanding of the OSI model and the TCP/IP protocol stack.
• Practical experience with Ethernet, MPLS, VPN, QinQ and routing protocols.
• Ability to configure "from scratch" and maintain equipment of global brands (Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, ZTE, D-link, etc.).
• Experience with console (CLI) and monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Cacti or Cisco EPNM).
• Professional communication skills with customers and the ability to clearly explain technical nuances.
• Ability to manage as a team, to quickly make decisions in critical situations and work with large amounts of data.
