Your main tasks will be: Personnel administration - admission, dismissal, transfer, vacations, sick leave. Checking of timesheets (twice a month). Drawing up a vacation schedule, monitoring its observance. Keeping established reports. Participation in the development of job instructions, regulations. Participation in the implementation of personnel management projects. Required professional experience: Complete higher education: management/management personnel/economics/jurisprudence. Work experience in the field of personnel management from 2 years. Computer skills at the level of a confident user - MSOffice (Excel, Word, Power Point), Outlook, Visio is desirable. Thorough knowledge of the regulatory framework (CPC, Vacation Law, etc.) .High level of responsibility and self-organization, results-oriented. Why should you choose us?
