Your main tasks will be: Personnel administration - admission, dismissal, transfer, vacations, sick leave . Verification of time sheets (twice a month). Compilation of the vacation schedule, control of its observance. Maintenance of established reporting. Participation in the development of job instructions and regulations. Participation in the implementation of personnel management projects. Necessary professional experience: Complete higher education: management/personnel management/economics/jurisprudence. Work experience in the field of personnel management from 2 years. Computer skills at the level of a confident user - MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Outlook, Visio is desirable. Thorough knowledge of the regulatory framework (KzpP, Vacation Law, etc.). High level of responsibility and self-organization, result-oriented. Why should you choose us?
