Main tasks:

• Keeping records and consolidating information regarding computer and peripheral equipment, as well as materials within the scope of the department's competence.

• Maintenance and updating of IT asset accounting databases.

• Preparation of accounting documentation regarding the commissioning, write-off, issuance and movement of goods and fixed assets.

• Keeping records of IT property in JSC "Megapolis" within the framework of the implemented process of administration of IT assets.

• Interaction with the company's units on matters of accounting, movement and inventory of IT property.

• Participation in business trips within the scope of the performance of official duties.

Our Expectations:

• Higher education.

• Knowledge of the basics of accounting for fixed assets (OC) and tangible goods (TMC).

• Understanding document flow processes.

• Knowledge of means of automating the recording of requirements and comments.

• Experienced user of the Windows OS family.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).

• Attention to details, responsibility and systematic work.
