What tasks await you:
- Administration of IP telephony (softswitch, SBC, PRI-to-SIP gateways).
- Analysis of logs, monitoring and troubleshooting of VoIP communication (work with Wireshark, tcpdump).
- Work with corporate systems for recording problem letters and orders.
Necessary skills and experience:
- Work experience with IP telephony, understanding SIP, RTP, RTCP protocols.
- Understanding the principles of operation of VoIP gateways, SIP trunks.
- Knowledge of the basics of network technologies: TCP/IP, NAT, QoS, VLAN, DHCP, DNS.
- Basic knowledge of UNIX-like systems.
