What tasks await you:

• Administration of IP telephony (softswitch, SBC, PRI-to-SIP gateways).
• Analysis of logs, monitoring and troubleshooting of VoIP communication (work with Wireshark, tcpdump).
• Work with corporate systems for recording problem letters and orders.

Necessary skills and experience:

• Work experience with IP telephony, understanding SIP, RTP, RTCP protocols.
• Understanding the principles of operation of VoIP gateways, SIP trunks.
• Knowledge of the basics of network technologies: TCP/IP, NAT, QoS, VLAN, DHCP, DNS.
• Basic knowledge of UNIX-like systems.
