Functional Responsibilities:
- Statistical verification of all key performance indicators of radio networks (such as TCH Drop/Block etc.) using Optima
- Adding new sites (ATOLL, Aircom Asset)
- Viewing radio network deployment plan (ATOLL)
- Optimizing radio networks (ATOLL, Ultima Mentor, Ultima Forte)
- Forecasting and recommendations regarding key performance indicators of radio networks
- Consideration of subscriber complaints and their resolution
- Creation and approval of radio data (RSD) - ATOLL
- Creation and approval of integration data (SID -CDD) - ATOLL
- Increasing the capacity of radio networks (Optima)
- Internal and external reporting
- Mentoring, knowledge sharing
- Participation in cross - functional projects
- Performing a leading role in radio network optimization projects
