Leading engineer for the planning of the transport packet network in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position or strong readiness to obtain it
• Experience and knowledge of networks including L2 segmentation and loop prevention, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, IPv6, NAT, IPSec).
• Experience configuring Cisco or other network equipment via CLI.
• Experience with Linux and services like (DHCP, DNS, Syslog, RADIUS, etc).
• English is required for reading and writing technical documentation
• Willingness to enhance skills and learn new technologies in network security and infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Development of new services. 
• Preparation of all necessary data and network diagrams for the implementation of these services.
• Management of external Internet connection channels and peering policy.
• Expansion of network capacity and development of schemes for connecting new network elements.
• Participation in tenders and POC, testing of new equipment and its integration into the network
• Solving complex network problems related to external traffic routing, network quality, non-standard cases
