Our employee in this position:

• Controls the construction of work processes in accordance with the current legislation on labor protection and fire safety on the enterprise
• Organizes the investigation of accidents, accidents and incidents at the enterprise, prepares a package of necessary documentation
• Organizes briefings, training of workers on occupational safety and fire safety according to the developed plan
• Organizes the examination of the enterprise for obtaining permits and declarations on occupational safety, prepares a package of documents for obtaining a final conclusion
• Submits the necessary information/reporting on safety issues of labor to the responsible persons of the company's Central Committee and state structures
• Organizes the attestation of workplaces, develops measures based on relevant conclusions, agrees with the management
• Participates in inspections of the company's divisions on occupational safety issues
• Provides medical care for employees, submits applications for the purchase of medicines and materials
• Ensures vaccination at the company, monitors the state of illness, in a timely manner provides reporting to the Central Committee in accordance with the developed protocols
• Checks the state of safety, occupational hygiene and industrial sanitation at the company's divisions, in case of violations, issues a binding order

We invite you to an interview if you have:

• Knowledge of legislative and normative legal acts, methodical materials on occupational safety, fire and man-made safety, civil protection, basics of labor legislation
• Experience in implementing a risk-oriented approach in the field of occupational safety
• Experience in conducting training (trainings) on occupational safety and fire safety, as well as fire prevention and emergency training
• Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user: Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365
• Experience in software: 1C, Timely
• Experience in drafting technical tasks, conducting commercial selection of counterparties
• Owning and driving a category "B" car
• Experience in software: SAP, Teams, Partners
