Leading engineer for financial support of IT projects in Ukrtransgaz, AT

Ukrtransgaz JSC is the only operator of underground gas storage facilities in Ukraine. The total active capacity of Ukrainian PSGs exceeds 30 billion cubic meters. m are the largest storage facilities in Europe and the third largest in the world.

JSC "Ukrtransgaz" is considering the resumes of candidates for the position of a leading engineer for financial, contractual and analytical support of the IT and automated systems support department. The position involves participation in budget planning, payment control, work with contracts and support of IT projects using SAP.

Requirements for of the candidate:

Education:

• full higher education in financial and/or economic direction (finance, accounting, economics);

• additional education or training in the IT field - will be an advantage.

Work experience:

• from 2 years in the field finance, accounting, contractual or planned economic work.

Practical skills and knowledge:

• basic knowledge in the field of finance and accounting;

• experience working with payments, contracts and primary accounting documents;

• basic knowledge of information technologies;

• basic knowledge SAP (user level) - will be an advantage;

• ability to quickly adapt to changes in Ukrainian legislation in the areas of public procurement, accounting and tax accounting.

Main tasks:

• keeping the financial plan of the department (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, including VAT);

• preparation and support of the annual procurement plan;

• work with contracts, additional agreements, acts of completed works and expenditure invoices;

• preparation, control and support of payments within the scope of the department’s activities;

• analysis and planning of work performance, procurement of goods and services and use of funds in IT, automated systems and communication;

• interaction with counterparties regarding contracts, primary documentation and service;

• work in SAP (applications for payments and contracts, planning, entry of acts and invoices, work with counterparties, purchase plan, inventory accounting and warehouse movements);

• preparation of reports and analytical materials for the manager Department.
