Basic tasks:

• Collection, systematization and analysis of information to assess economic feasibility and reasonableness of needs;
• Implementation of development, implementation and ensuring the functioning of needs control mechanisms;
• Development and implementation of needs optimization methods; 
• Standardization and unification of the basic needs of the enterprise;
• Formation of unified technical requirements for the main categories of goods;
• Selection of equipment according to the requests of cost centers (equipment of such brands as Siemens, General Energy Company, ABB, Cisco, Omicron, Megger, Fluke, etc.);
• Conducting data checks regarding the availability and technical condition of assets;
services provided.

• Higher education - technical/economic;
• Experience as an analyst, economist or engineer of the procurement department;
• Knowledge of management accounting and pricing processes;
• Experience in the field of management accounting;
• Experience in the operation and knowledge of electrical equipment;
• Understanding business processes in enterprise supply chains, repair work and construction;
• Understanding modern trends in the development of public procurement, knowledge of ProZorro analytics;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Systematic, communicative, responsible, ability to prioritize, strong analytical abilities;
• Ability to use modern information technologies and means of communication.
