Leading engineer for analytical reporting

Main tasks

• Participation in the development and implementation of effective stock management strategies, including determination of optimal stock levels, optimization of order and supply procedures;
• Plans and organizes the movement of goods based on the results of the materials requirement planning (MRP) function in an automated system based on the SAP S/4 HANA software tool; 
• Prepares drafts of orders, orders, letters, etc., on issues related to the Department's sphere of activity; 
• Prepares and provides the necessary information and statistical reporting on issues related to the Department's sphere of activity; 
• Participates in the process of identifying and identifying goods that are not used in the Company's activities, for their further sale or write-off; 
• Performs the analysis of turnover of balances, storage terms, etc. in the warehouses of the structural divisions of the Company; 
• Participates in the work of inventory commissions

Expected competencies and experience:

• Higher education in economics, technology;
• Work experience in the field of 2 years or more;
• Knowledge of English not lower than Pre-Intermediate (preferred);
• A confident user of Excel, PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable;
• Experience of participating in projects in the field of logistics;
• Knowledge of the rules and order of storage, warehousing of materials and equipment, regulations and instructions regarding their accounting;
• Knowledge of the procedure for drawing up primary accounting documentation related to warehouse activities
