Lead engineer / engineer for the administration of IT services join the team of professionals of Ukrenergo!

Main tasks:

• Administration of mobile services telephony.

• Keeping records and monitoring employees' mobile services.

• Administration of mobile connections and disconnections.

• Entering and updating data in the CMDB system.

• Processing user requests in the Service Desk system (in the part of mobile services).

• Analyzing and forecasting the use of mobile services.

• Preparation of proposals for optimization of mobile communication costs.

• Preparation of proposals for the annual IT budget (computer equipment, peripheral equipment, materials for repair).

• Participation in the planning of print outsourcing (printer maintenance).

• Participation in the weekly planning of the department's work.

• Analysis of costs and preparation of proposals for their optimization.

• Analytics and reporting

• Formation of reports on mobile connections and IT assets.

• Control of compliance of the use of resources with approved budgets.

• Preparation of analytical reports formanagement.

Our expectations:

• Higher education (technical or related).

• Experience with analytical platforms, accounting systems or information modules.

• Experience with CMDB systems, Service Desk or similar platforms.

• Skills in maintaining structured registers, monitoring data and controlling their relevance.

• Experience in working with large volumes of data and generating analytical reports.

• Experience in budget planning and cost control.

• Proficient in MS Excel (data analysis and summarization, reporting).

• Ability to forecast needs and optimize costs.

• System thinking, responsibility and attention to detail.

• Needed software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ASKOD.
• Working with accounting and information systems.
