Your main tasks will be: Consideration of appeals/complaints/claims regarding indicators of the quality of electric energy (PYEEE) according to the Code of distribution systems; Collection and analysis of technical parameters of the network according to internal existing databases ;Performance of calculations of carrying capacity and voltage drop in the 0.4 kV network;Analysis of application information, primary information from adjacent services, technical condition of the 0.4 kV network and others;Development of necessary measures to bring power networks of 0.4 kV electricity consumers to the requirements of regulatory of documents based on the analysis of all available information; Control of adjacent units regarding the implementation of assigned tasks, planned works; Personal visit to the facility to clarify information on the client's electrical installations and identify possible technological violations (if necessary); Provision of all necessary information regarding the current state of the client's power supply networks and the measures taken to restore PYEEE to the information and consultation center for the formation of a letter of response to the client's appeal; Accompanying the process of considering the appeal and carrying out the necessary measures until its logical conclusion; the use of your personal data by DTEK within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine.
