Your responsibilities: development of policies, procedures, tools and methods of supplier management processes, contracts, calculations related to information and communication technologies. maintenance of registers of counterparties with all necessary attributes; segmentation of suppliers by the level of influence on critical business processes (definition of critical suppliers); monitoring the market of potential suppliers, formation of the database of potential suppliers. A complex of technical works on managing the risks of relations with counterparties, maintaining an up-to-date list of parameters that affect the risk of a decrease in the quality of services by critical suppliers; communications with counterparties on ICT and IS risks (proactive and reactive); conclusion, management and maintenance of contracts with suppliers; — control of the life cycle of contracts; generating reports, managing a portfolio of contracts; — communication with managers and contact persons of suppliers, as well as with bank employees; Organization and control of the work of subordinates; You need: work experience in the organization of management of suppliers, contracts, payments, preferably in the field of information and communication technologies in the banking sector; knowledge of accounting, finance; knowledge of the general principles of building and functioning of IT systems; normative documents of the NBU regarding the management of suppliers, contracts and payments. knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
