You should come to us if you:

• Have a higher economic education ;
• You have practical experience work in a similar position for 2 years or more in a large, systemic company (experience working in Big4 is welcome);
• You have experience in creating self-sufficient financial models at the level of an enterprise or large-scale projects;
• You have analytical mindset and possess various analytical techniques (factor analysis, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, comparative analysis, vertical / horizontal analysis, plan/fact analysis);
• Have understanding of the formation of financial statements (PL, CF, BS);
• You have an understanding of the budget process, controlling processes;
• Evaluated investment cases;  
• Attentive to details, communicative, able to work in a team, have critical thinking, can build cause and effect relationships, have a high level of self-organization;
• Advanced Excel user, have work skills with large data sets.

Together with the team, you will be engaged in:

• Development and support in the current state of financial models (annual budget, analytical and investment cases);
• Diverse analysis of financial results, search for causes and factors, formation of recommendations for improving business efficiency and individual initiatives;
• Formation of annual budget, forecast of financial results and cash flows;
• Analysis of deviations, selection of optimal management solutions;
• Formation of analytical and managerial reporting, dashboards, automating its formation;
• Analyzing the financial result, cost structure, searching for additional opportunities to optimize the financial result;
• Preparing ad-hoc reports for the Group management.
