> >Providing feedback to users about progressin considering their requests.
Support and update of the user knowledge base (instructions, short videos).
Interaction with business analysts and developers to form technical tasks to improve system functionality.
Conducting short training sessions, webinars or briefings for system users.
Preparation of methodical materials and news regarding system updates.
>To observe the principles of the Red Cross Movement and work in accordance with them.
Perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
>Understanding IT request and incident management methodology (Service Desk, Help Desk, Jira, Odoo Helpdesk or similar systems).
Practical experience of working with IT application and incident management systems for more than 2 years.
Basics of building business processes of the organization.
Principles of teamwork, time management and task prioritization.
Excellent oral and written business communication skills.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, responsibility.
English language level B2 and above.
