Leading designer-architect, deputy creative director in One to One

LEAD DESIGNER/ DEPUTY CREATIVE DIRECTOR Functional Responsibilities: Management of the project team and coordination of the work of project work executors: designer (independently or another employee in this role), architect-draftsman, chief project engineer, visualizer, BIM manager; tasks of the team (compilation of technical specifications for the interior architect, designer, visualizer and other team members); Checking of drawings and signing of projects before delivery to customers; Development of interior design concepts. Execution of sketches and sketches, color and stylistic collages, selection of stylistic solutions; Development of options for possible planning solutions taking into account all points of technical specifications; Preparation of tasks for the development of constructions of individual elements of decor and exclusive furniture; Selection of finishing materials, furniture, plumbing, lighting devices. Or approval of solutions proposed by the team; Measurements, work with ready measurement data and initial data from the Customer / Customer services; Preparation of information from the project for assembly, approval of decisions of the assembly department; Development of design of project presentations for customers and for marketing/communication needs; Meetings with By customers, presentation of work results, briefings with customers; Communication with contractors and suppliers for the purpose of studying and discussing solutions to be applied in projects; Participation in exhibitions and professional events, presenting the company in them; Participation in the development of templates and standards of interior projects ;Understanding design using BIM technologies; Requirements: It is desirable to have a valid qualification certificate;Higher professional education;Participation in the projects of shopping malls, residential and public interiors, understanding of design processes at stages "P" and "R", implemented objects will be an advantage; Knowledge of current regulatory documents, modern technologies in architecture; Mandatory knowledge of Revit; High level of communication; Worked in a similar position for 3 years or more.
