We are looking for a Leading customer support specialist.
Main duties:
- Coordinating and controlling the work of the external contact center;
- Monitoring and achieving targets (KPI) (Binotel). plan, organize and monitor daily tasks to ensure productivity and achieve strategic goals;
- Knowledge of customer service standards and key metrics (CSAT, SLA, AHT) that reflect team performance;
- Ability to effectively multitask and manage time, coordinating multiple processes without losing focus on quality and meeting deadlines;
- Practical experience in resolving conflict situations, as well as clearly communicating to the team important information about changes and updates;
- Developed analytical skills to analyze and optimize work processes;
- Ability to establish effective cooperation with cross-functional teams.
