Leroy Merlin Ukraine is part of ADEO, an international holding group that united 35 autonomous companies in 12 countries of Asia, Europe and South America.

We are looking for a Leading customer support specialist.

Main duties:

• Coordinating and controlling the work of the external contact center;
• Monitoring and achieving targets (KPI) (Binotel). plan, organize and monitor daily tasks to ensure productivity and achieve strategic goals;
• Knowledge of customer service standards and key metrics (CSAT, SLA, AHT) that reflect team performance;
• Ability to effectively multitask and manage time, coordinating multiple processes without losing focus on quality and meeting deadlines;
• Practical experience in resolving conflict situations, as well as clearly communicating to the team important information about changes and updates;
• Developed analytical skills to analyze and optimize work processes;
• Ability to establish effective cooperation with cross-functional teams.

Graphic:

• 5 working days / 2 days off;
• Working days: 8 hours;
