  Key tasks:

  • building new and maintaining existing relationships with partners and bank representatives;
  • supporting the connection of new banks to cooperation with the company;
  • analysis of credit offers for offline and online sales;

  • coordinating credit proposals and credit terms with the financial director;
  • forming and agreeing credit motivation;
  • creating training materials for retail employees on credit products and credit terms;

  • conducting internal and organizing external training for retail credit employees;
  • analysis of sales on credit and formation of proposals for improving results;
  • development and optimization of credit business processes in the 1C database.
