Leading Content Manager in Intecracy Group

We are seeking a Leading Content Manager to create and refine impactful content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand values and both traditional and digital marketing strategies.

This role requires proficiency in English and Ukrainian, a strong background in content creation in technology sphere, an expertise in SEO and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, editing, proofreading and research skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and plan out a content marketing strategy.
• Create and proofread content across all company products to deliver values and brand guidelines.
• Manage the team of outsourced content writers to deliver fast and efficient content delivery.
• Create content for websites, social networks, and marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and public relations content such as press releases, testimonials, case studies, and other customer-generated content.
• Create product marketing materials, such as how-guides, product specifications etc.
• Perform advanced competitor analysis and in-depth research on industry-related topics.
• Work closely with designers, marketers, and subject-matter experts to improve the quality and impact of the content.
• Apply advanced SEO strategies to enhance content visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in writing and translating in both English and Ukrainian.
  • Background in technical content creation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing content creation and management
  • Extensive understanding of digital marketing tactics and current SEO best practices.
  • Superior writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Research capabilities to compile and synthesize information from diverse sources into accurate, well-founded content.
  • Experience in managing content writing contractors, teams, or departments.
  • Capable of working autonomously and adhering to deadlines in a brisk, ever-changing setting.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
  • High degree of creativity, flexibility, and a commitment to remaining informed on industry developments.

  • Proficiency in WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO plugins.
  • Fluency in additional languages, particularly Polish.
  • Social media and digital ads copies writing experience.
