Main responsibilities:

• Participation in the development of the internal action plan and of the Bank's communication activities in the field of corporate communication and sustainable development
• Creates a plan and monitors the implementation of publications and events aimed at popularizing the Bank's social projects
• Participation in creating a calendar of internal events and communication activities of the Bank in in the field of corporate communication and sustainable development
• Working with the bank's web pages: generating content to highlight project and event activities, approval and publication
• Organizing the Bank's participation in thematic conferences, business events, ratings and other events
• Prepares draft theses, reports, presentations, articles, questions and answers for the Bank's delegated speakers and spokespersons
• Prepares information support for the participation of Bank representatives in conferences and events
• Prepares information documents for media requests and proactively initiates the preparation of materials for publications in the media and open sources of information
• Prepares information materials in the field of corporate communication and sustainable development for internal and external communication channels
• Participation in the development of projects of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development
• Creates requests and collects data, performs a preliminary analysis of media monitoring in the field of corporate communication and sustainable development
• Participation in the formation of quarterly and annual reports according to the approved plans
• Creates, initiates, controls, coordinates the document flow and information storage system of the Office of Corporate Communication and Sustainable Development

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• +3 years of professional experience
• Confident use of Google tools (mail, calendar, Google drives, presentations, documents, etc. )
• Ability to work with a large amount of information in multitasking mode
• Flawless business reputation
• Ability to write competently in Ukrainian, create interesting texts on various topics
• Ability to create presentations
• Organization, attention to details
• Teamwork skillsи
• Knowledge of the English language (Upper-Intermediate — B2 — Advanced)
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language (including business language)
