The State Operator of the Home Front (DOT) is a state agency that provides for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Guided by the principles of integrity and people-centeredness, we supply food, property and fuel for the needs of the military.

We are convinced that supplying the army should be not only an interesting market, but also an honorable one. Our task is to develop an appropriate system of relations with suppliers, increasing the value of each invested hryvnia of the state budget.

The main duties of the position:

• Analysis of the market structure (manufacturers, distributors, logistics chains, macroeconomic indicators, trends, etc.).
• Interaction with market participants, conducting market consultations, open meetings with the market.
• Analysis of quality requirements for procurement items.
• Development of proposals for the project of technical (quality) requirements for procurement items taking into account the market situation, current legislation, industry requirements, best practices.
• Determination of the expected cost of procurement items based on a review of the market situation and previous purchases.
• Participation in supplier qualification and evaluation of proposals within the scope of competence. Participation in training events, presentations with the aim of explaining the category strategy to potential procurement participants, state authorities, stakeholders.
• Organization of meetings and meetings, preparation of agenda items and organization of participants, keeping minutes of meetings, recording agreements.
• Preparation of draft responses to appeals and requests of citizens, stakeholders, state authorities, etc.
• Task Tracker management and task performance control

Necessary skills and qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years.
• Higher education in sales/purchasing, marketing, economics, management, law.
• Knowledge of the FMCG market. Ability to work with a large amount of information, attention to details.
• Ability to analyze information and make decisions based on numerical indicators.
• High communication skills and the ability to cooperate with company departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to accept stressful situations.
• Knowledge Pre-intermediate English is an advantage.

Technical knowledge and software:

• A confident user of Microsoft Office 365, Excel is a must.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work with Task Tracker is an advantage.

Personal qualities and characteristics:

• Proactive civic position.
• Openness to new knowledge, new experience.
