If youare an architect and a specialist in your field who:

• has more than 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• confident user of specialized programs, such as: ArchiCAD (required), 3D studioMAX + Corona render, Photoshop, etc. (preferably), at the same time, you know and love make manual sketches and quick presentations.
• "BIM-design" is not just a fashionable acronym for you, but an understandable and familiar tool for designing and interacting with other project participants•  you have experience in real projects and know how to implement your ideas .
• you have experience in creating projects at all stages (concept, EP, P) and implementing your projects.
• you are oriented in regulatory documents, you know which DBN-i or SNIP- and look for answers to questions about design standards.
• worked in a team and understand why "one in the field is not a warrior".
• know what a "deadline" is and will do everything to it cannot be broken.
• you are oriented in the new trends in the world of design and architecture, at the same time you respect traditional styles and know how to apply them correctly.
• you have a higher architectural education
• you want to change the world and make it better

Then welcome to the MARTINS team, with us your main tasks will be:

• creating architectural concepts, general plans and buildings of various purposes.
• passing the first stages of design as part of the project group, from the idea and implementation of building concepts to project management at the construction stage;
• building a BIM model of project with subsequent formation of a complete package of drawings.
• participation in the author's supervision of the implementation of own ideas, interaction with contractors and the customer, solving all issues that arise in the work process with the support of colleagues and studio managers.< /li>
