Main duties:

• To accompany the processes regarding the automated accounting of the stages of collection of problem debt
• To draw up technical tasks for the support and improvement of the Bank's PC
• To analyze the performance indicators employees of the pre-trial and judicial stages of collection of problematic debt and provide suggestions for improving the efficiency of the debt collection process
• Compose technical tasks for finalizing software complexes and mobile applications
• Cooperate with other structural units of the bank on work issues with debtors who have problem debt
• Preparation of management reports on the effectiveness of working with a problem portfolio, presentations

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 1+ years in banking
• Experience in working with statistics, forming conclusions, causes, consequences
• Experience in the preparation of technical tasks
• Experience in organizing the implementation of Software (optional)
• Understanding the principles of working with databases and SQL queries
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel )
• Skills for constructing flowcharts (processes)
• Skills for creating WEB samples (optional)
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)< /li>
