Leading analyst of the production and construction sector in Ivano-Frankivsk in Preys S.M., FOP

For our client, a group of companies that has been successfully working in the construction and production market for more than 20 years, we are looking for a Leading analyst in the production and construction direction (construction/material procurement) in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk, working in office, the company provides reservations.

Necessary skills:

• Higher education (economics, finance, economic cybernetics, analytics, business analytics).
• Experience as an analyst, financial analyst or a business analyst in a construction or manufacturing company for 3-5 years.
• Deep understanding of processes: production and costing in construction, management accounting, budgeting, procurement, logistics, warehouse accounting.
• Confident command of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling), Excel (advanced level), 1C / BAS ERP or other accounting systems.
• Skills in setting tasks for IT specialists, economists, analysts.
• Ability to present results and argue conclusions.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the development of management level dashboards (C-level dashboards).
• Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analytics.
• Participation in the implementation of ERP / Power BI / SED systems.
• Understanding financial performance indicators (ROI, IRR, Cash Flow, EBITDA).

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of analytical models to evaluate the efficiency of construction objects, use of materials and costs.
• Consolidation of data from 1C / BAS ERP, Excel, Power BI, CRM and other sources.
• Formation of a single management report (budget of objects, plan-fact, margin, cost structure).
• Building a KPI system for production and supply units.
• Analysis of the procurement structure, identification of overspending, duplication and inefficient suppliers.
• Automation of reporting through Power BI / DAX / Power Query.
• Coordination of the work of unit analysts and interaction with project managers.
• Preparation of recommendations for promotion construction profitability and procurement efficiency.
• Participation in the work of the company's analytical committee.
