Main tasks:

• Development and modeling of new business processes in BPMN notation using ARIS.

• Analysis and optimization of current processes, identification of inconsistencies and opportunities to improve efficiency.

• Preparation of proposals to process owners regarding their improvement.

• Modeling and coordination of end-to-end and cross-functional processes.

• Participation in projects on automation and transformation of business processes.

• Reengineering of business processes.

Our expectations:

• Full higher education in technical, economic, IT or managerial direction (bachelor / master's degree).

• Additional education: courses in business analysis and business process management (BPM), business process modeling in BPMN 2.0 notation.

• Experience in modeling, analysis and reengineering of business processes in BPMN notation — at least 5 years.

• Practical experience with business process modeling tools: ARIS, Bizagi Modeler, Signavio, Camunda Modeler, Enterprise Architect or similar.

• A confident user of MS Excel (pivotal tables), MS Word, MS PowerPoint.

• Experience with electronic document management systems (Askod, SharePoint or similar).

• Data analysis and visualization skills; experience working with Power BI will be an advantage.

• English language - the level is not lower than Intermediate.
