IM covers all stages of the information life cycle, including its destruction.

Consolidated Information Lead Analyst (Information Management Specialist) will support all processes of collection, management, analysis and reporting related to the organization's activities. The Information Management Officer will work closely with the Project Implementation Team to ensure that all information systems operate efficiently and effectively. From a technical perspective, he will work closely with IT, Digital transformation and PMER to ensure that the work contributes to the overall quality control system.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop analytical frameworks and plans adapted to decision-making and planning.
• Develop and maintain an information management system on the ground to enable program teams to more effectively develop humanitarian services.
• Implement structured analytical methods to improve the quality, reliability and accuracy of analysis.
• Work closely with program teams to understand their processes and provide feedbackndations how processes can be streamlined to enable better data management.
• Ensure timely preparation and creation of information products such as infographics, dashboards and maps for information sharing and dissemination to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance on tools that support data collection and analysis.
• Process, document and archive all administrative processes.
• Monitor the effective use of information management systems and resources, the application of appropriate tools and procedures, identify gaps in information management and take measures to eliminate gaps, if necessary.
• Contribute to the development of information management skills, information and digital literacy in the organization.

General duties:

• Actively work to achieve the goals of the Red Cross.
• Follow the principles of the Red Cross movement and work in accordance with them.
• Perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. manager.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Relevant education in the field of computer science, information technology, data analysis, graphic design, social sciences or related industries.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in information management or data analysis.
• Experience in designing, conducting and analyzing surveys.
• Experience in developing data collection tools such as Kobo Toolbox, MS Forms.
• Experience in data analysis, visualization tools such as Power Bi, Tableau and others.
• CRM experience systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex issues and data.
• Knowledge of databases or data manipulation software: Excel (required); MySQL or PostgreSQL, and/or programming languages (R or Python) preferred.
• Knowledge of GIS.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and principles.
• Intermediate+ English, both written and spoken.
