Main duties:

• User support applied solutions (Finance\HR\Legal).
• Participation in internal automation projects.
• Identification of needs for optimization / automation of business processes.
• Agreement with the owner systems of work and their prioritization.
• Collection of requirements for systems and their coordination with system owners.
• Preparation of technical tasks for developers, including contractors.
• Operational control over deadlines for completing tasks within the set deadline, testing of the developed functionality and control of compliance of the finished solution with the agreed requirements.
• Preparation of the description of system changes and instructions for users on working in the systems.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education — higher technical (preferably information technology, programming); >Work experience in the organization and support of IT applications from 3 years;
• Knowledge of the English language - Intermediate+
• Orientation on customer service with problem-solving skills;
• Strong communicative and minterpersonal skills Managing people, stakeholders and suppliers;
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting;
• Skills in project management, ITIL and agile methodologies;
• 3+ years project management\Agile experience with distributed teams;
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, continuous improvement methods.
• Conflict management, stress resistance;
• Problem solving skills and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
• Ability to manage global suppliers and virtual teams.
