Functional duties: identification of business needs in the automation of business processes, primary decomposition and classification of requirements in the form of TV (technical requirements); clarification and coordination of requirements for tasks from business, formalization of requirements and processes in accordance with the standards adopted by the company; modeling of requirements in the system and drawing up technical specifications for the development or refinement of functionality; testing and handing over of the developed functionality according to previously formulated and agreed criteria; writing instructions and regulations for automated processes conducting training and presentations of functionality for users; consulting users; participation in joint corporate projects, general meetings and joint decisions. Candidate requirements: experience of working as a business analyst of ERP systems, understanding of the principles of building a system at the level of objects and business logic; experience in automation and understanding of business processes; knowledge of accounting; experience in collecting and formalizing requirements for the development of functionality with writing technical specifications or specifications; practical skills of GAP analysis, requirements and their modeling in the system, setting tasks for developers to finalize missing functionality, further testing and delivery of work to customers from the business according to tasks; the ability to work in a team to achieve common goals and results; skills in finding and eliminating the causes of incorrect accounting data in the system; orientation to the customer and his needs.
