Due to business expansion, we are seeking an experienced Lead Computer Systems Analyst to join our team to help improve and optimize our company's computer systems.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Registration of user appeals

• Analysis of problems and development of recommendations for their elimination, which were discovered when using the software

• Redirection of user appeals/applications to the appropriate programmer specialists to eliminate the problem.  

• Conduct interviews and collect requirements from users

  
  

• Development of project documentation, including technical tasks

• Testing and transfer of the developed functionality to users

• Composing instructions and training users

Necessary skills and qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks and infrastructure.
• Ability to analyze, identify and resolve problems with computer systems.
• Excellent project and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
