What we will entrust you with:

• Responsible for the analysis and description of existing business processes "AS IS", for the development and implementation of "TO BE" processes
• Create models of current business processes for analysis and identification of opportunities for the implementation of IT solutions
• Responsible for the formalization, primary decomposition of business processes and agreement of requirements (including for software developers)
• Responsible for the development of the structure of performance evaluation criteria of business processes in the implemented product (system)
• Responsible for organizing and moderating meetings with cross-functional teams, for collecting and analyzing business needs within the framework of systematization and improvement of system solutions, for methodological support of updated processes
• Responsible for the preparation and formation of documented regulations on business processes and reports on the results of optimization of business processes
• Responsible for introducing proposals for automation and improvement of business processes within the framework of existing systems , RVI) and new
• Manage the product backlog (NPD system/IT tool), ensure its transparency, availability and understanding
• Responsible for interacting with cross-functional team members on design approval issues product, technical tasks, formation of user stories and product acceptance criteria.
• Together with the manager, be responsible for improving the IT tools of the NPD process (PPM, PBI, etc.) and adapting them to the new directions of the company's business - analysis of the existing system, generation of new ideas and proposals for improving work in systems, implementation
• Participate in architecture development within the project and implementation of developed solutions (instructions, user training, etc.)
• Responsible for achieving target product results (level of user and stakeholder satisfaction / success metrics).

• Analytical abilities and attention to details
• Systematic approach to problem solving
• Skills in requirements management (identifying requirements, managing requirements, documenting them, working with competing requirements, finding sources)
• Ability to build effective communication with the project team/stakeholders
• Intermediate English language level
• Confident user of PowerPoint, PowerBI, Microsoft 365, drawio/lucidchart or other similar programs
• Experience with CRM, LMS, HRM systems
• Process modeling in UML, BPMN 2.0.
