Basic tasks:

• Formation and up-to-date maintenance of the catalog of information systems and applications (CIS/D) by defined attributes.
• Determination of IS/D relationships and existing IT services
• Formation and up-to-date maintenance of the register of the company's business processes by defined attributes
• Building a model of interdependent information systems, determining the correlation with the company's business processes and evaluating automation coverage
• Identifying the possible potential of automation not covered or partially covered business processes
• Analysis of requests and preliminary evaluation of requests regarding the initiation of project activities and purchases in the IT direction for the availability of existing IT solutions in the Company and leveling of risks of duplication of functionality
• Interaction with all interested parties to ensure the fulfillment of assigned functional tasks
• Administration of the catalog of IT servicesand SLA

• Higher education in IT (information systems, computer science), economics, management< /li>
• Knowledge of ITSM, methods of continuous improvement
• Knowledge of standards and basic practices of business analysis
• Ability to analyze, process significant volumes of data, structure them
• High level of communication skills to communicate with various process stakeholders
• Readiness for teamwork and collaboration (sharing ideas, ability to find solutions that satisfy all parties and cooperation to achieve common goals)
• Skills time management (effective task management, prioritization and meeting deadlines)
