Leading analyst on automation of bad debt collection processes in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Leading analyst for automating the collection of bad debt to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

We are looking for a goal-oriented professional who knows how to work in a multitasking mode, focused on quality and results.

Main duties:

• Creation, implementation and further support of the bank's internal IT systems
• Development of detailed flowcharts of business processes, which include technical elements and system interaction logic
• Formation and coordination of technical tasks (TOR) and tasks for development/modification (ARI), ensuring their clarity and completeness
• Proposal and justification of the architecture of new required Database Tables, as well as development of collection, transformation (ETL) and data aggregation logic
• Working closely with business customers, IT team and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (economics, management, finance and credit, banking, or technical/IT education (computer science, engineering)
• 2+ years of work experience with SQL queries Deep understanding of the principles of working with databases (relational and/or NoSQL)
• Experience in creating technical tasks (TO) and successful process flow diagram design (BPMN, UML or similar notations)
• Clear understanding of the principles of operation, architecture and documentation of programming interfaces (API)
• Confident user of PC, MS Office (especially PowerPoint for presentations), bank PCs and Google services (spreadsheets, documents, mail, calendar). of Ukraine
