We invite a Leading Analyst to join our stellar team.

Technical skills:
* MSExcel - professional/maximum level of knowledge and use
* SQL (Postgre/RedShift) - confident user
* ML (working with tabular data and modeling) + Python/R/any language with family is desirable (will be a big plus)
* physics/ applied mathematics education is a big plus

Obov' connections:
* Collection, aggregation and processing of large volumes of data (complex samples/queries)
* Development of new, automation and monitoring of existing reports, their optimization
* Analysis management and evaluations credit portfolio risks
* Construction of behavioral portraits and segmentation of borrowers/debtors * Calculation of the cost and feasibility of using collection tools (dialer, sms, letter, ivm, chat-robot, etc.)
* Preparation and calculation of budget indicators of divisions , budget modeling
* Calculation of motivational systems of divisions
* Evaluation of process efficiency, analysis of deviations, preparation of proposals for improving efficiency
* Support for calculation of promotions, programs, products launched by divisions
