VACANCY: Leading Accountant for Settlements with Suppliers

EMPLOYER: A large modern enterprise for the production of building materials, which belongs to a powerful international group of diversified manufacturing enterprises, a leader in Ukraine and the world. 

MAJOR TASKS AND DUTIES:

• Receiving and checking the completeness and correctness of primary documents received from suppliers, communication with responsible employees and contractors.
• Reflection on accounting accounts of economic transactions related to the purchase of goods and services, including import transactions.
• Maintenance of a register of import transactions.
• Creation of requirements for the transfer of taxes and fees to state budgets and funds, payments to counterparties.
• Compilation of primary documents for operations of reclassification, adjustments, accruals of provisions, reserves, taxes and fees, write-offs, etc.
• Reconciliation of mutual settlements with suppliers.
• Formation of data / documents for the relevant area of ​​accounting for the preparation of statistical and tax reporting.
• Formation of documents for their transfer to the archive.
• Counseling of employees on the issue of the preparation of primary documents.< /li>

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in the field of economics and finance, preferably in accounting and auditing.
• Experience as an accountant for at least 3 years (at least 1 year as a leading accountant) in a company on the general taxation system.
• Experience with ERP systems is welcome, preferably with SAP.
• Skills in using Microsoft Office tools.< /li>
• Professional mastery of Excel.
• High communication culture. 
• Ability to think analytically.
• Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Western Ukraine.
