Lead accountant

Main tasks

Keeping records of salary calculations, calculating taxes and contributions, reporting:

• Charging and payment of wages; 
• Formation and control of payments under civil law contracts;
• Accounting and withholding of taxes and contributions from salary; 
• Formation and submission of reports to executive service bodies in accordance with the requirements of executive documents; 
• Formation and control of the correctness of calculations and their reflection in the accounting system;
• Control over the timely transfer of withheld taxes and contributions in accordance with the requirements of the law;
• Accounting of vacation reserve;
• Tax and statistical accounting, reporting;
• Interaction with controlling bodies and auditors; 
• Participation in conducting an inventory of assets and liabilities for verification and documentary confirmation of their availability, condition and evaluation;
• Accounting of advance reports and business expenses for business trips

Expected competencies and experience:

• Higher education Accounting and auditing;
• Experience in the direction of 3 years;
• Knowledge of the main provisions of legislative and regulatory documents in the field of accounting and tax accounting, normative legal acts, labor, tax and social legislation of Ukraine, preparation and submission of tax reporting, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On accounting and financial reporting in Ukraine", the Regulation "On documents and document flow in accounting", Regulations (standards) of accounting, IFRS and MSME;
• Proficiency in SAP ERP S/4HANA (preferred), Excel, Word, Outlook, SEDO Megapolis, SEDO M.E.Doc;
• Ability to work with large data sets;
• Analytical thinking and attentiveness;
• Experience with payroll and reporting
