Currently, we are inviting a Leadingaccountant to our team for further development and support of our business activity in Ukraine.
Reporting directly to the Chief Accountant You will work on the following tasks:
- Accounting of marketing operations: display of services, posting and write-offs TMC;
Inspection and control of the availability of documents related to marketing activities;
Inspection of documents regarding the accounting of the purchase and sale of grain and technical crops;
Inspection of documents related to the transportation, packaging and transshipment of fertilizers;
Control of the correctness of tax invoices and the formation of compensating tax invoices invoices (write-off of TCM, use of TMC not in business operations, etc.);
Formation of VAT declaration;
Participation in the preparation of TCO reports;
- Keeping records of OZ, PMM and service/insurance services for company cars;
Participation in closing per month;
Consultative support of accounting staff and related departments;
Participation in unlocking tax invoices (if necessary);
- Maintenance of report and audit files in cloud storage;
- Participation in automation processes (SAP, BAF, Medok, Vchasno and other systems for
Candidate profile:
- Higher education (accounting, finance, accounting and auditing);
- Work experience of 5 years or more in a similar position;
- Experience of working in an LLC on the common taxation system (with VAT)
- Experience of working with BAF, SAP or similar software;
- Confident user PC: MS Office Excel, Word;
- Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage;
- Attention to details, responsibility, organization, structure, sociability, willingness to deepen your knowledge and learn new programs.
