Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of UX/UI design for a complex project management system.
- Leading a team of designers, ensuring a high level of quality work and achieving set goals.
- Working closely with development, product and marketing teams to ensure design meets business goals and user requirements.
- Conduct user research and test prototypes to obtain feedback and improve the user experience.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system, including style guides and interface components.
- Analyze and implementation of UX/UI design best practices to improve product usability.
- Improving current features and proposing new ones based on user behavior analysis and feedback.

Requirements: trends.
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Skills in user research and data analysis.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and interact with various departments.
