What is the recruitment process for this position?

We expect:

• At least 8 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Leadership experience, enabling the maintenance of high morale, motivation, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Excellent proficiency in Figma
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Adobe CC.
• Experience in designing web, mobile, TV applications (preferred), and RWD-based websites.
• Ability to integrate client vision, business needs, and user requirements to create practical solutions.
• Experience in conducting UX tests and research, organizing workshops, analyzing data, and iterative improvement.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining coherence and high quality.
• Ability to implement both new projects from scratch and join existing projects, ensuring continuity and function optimization
• Proficient English language communication skills
• Availability to work full-time from our Warsaw office
