Lead UX Researcher in Efigence SA

At Efigence and Artegence we are looking for a person responsible for the entire area related to research projects. The Lead UX Researcher will deal with projects and research processes from beginning to end - from sales activities, through substantive support and preparing research methodologies, to conducting research and preparing reports with recommendations for changes.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a UX Researcher
• Experience in conducting research projects as an independent researcher
• Experience in preparing research offers and sales activities
• Knowledge of various qualitative research methodologies with an emphasis on moderated usability testing
• Ability to moderate research sessions and workshops
• Interpersonal skills in presenting, justifying and defending one's ideas
< li> Experience in cooperation with various project teams
• Organizational skills
• Knowledge of English enabling coordination and conducting research in this language
• Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Miro , Lookback

• Willingness to participate in foreign trips and work at the client's (including in the Middle East region)
