Our team is a creative alliance where experience, creativity, drive and professionalism come together.Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years experience in user engagement, preferably in the mobile gaming industry, including experience with puzzle-casual and high-stakes games in-app monetization.- Experience in leading campaigns at a high level: managing budgets from 300-500k/month, optimizing large volumes of traffic.- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms: Google (UAC), Facebook, TikTok, as well as networks Unity, IronSource, Mintegral , AppLovin.- Advanced knowledge of mobile analytics tools (MMP) such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.- Creative analysis and optimization skills, ability to apply analytics to improve results.- Strong leadership qualities: ability to inspire, motivate team, train and develop staff. - Expert knowledge of the industry: understanding of current trends, technologies and market dynamics. Responsibilities: - Strategic management of campaigns: Development and implementation of complex user engagement strategies, optimization of campaigns with the aim of maximum ROI. - Innovation and testing: Implementation of innovative approaches and technologies, conducting A/B testing to improve campaign results.- Traffic analysis and optimization: Deep data analysis to improve campaign performance, manage strategy changes in real time.- Process automation: Use and development of automated tools to improve campaign performance.- Leadership and mentoring: UAM team management, mentoring, training and development of employees.- Collaboration and coordination: Effectively interact with other departments to achieve common business goals, project management.
