Requirements: 5+years ofexperience inUX/UIdesign, preferably within the online casino orgaming industry Deep understanding ofuser-centered design principles and usability standards Strong design portfolio highlighting UX/UI skills invarious areas. Examples ingaming and/or fintech are anadvantage Experience building design systems, interaction patterns, mapping user flows and creating top notch user experiences Responsibilities: Take ownership oftheUX and UIDesign processes Lead the team ofUi/Ux Designers Continually review team’s work and implement necessary changes todesign practices Ensure the consistent implementation ofdesign and branding guidelines and standards Identify user needs and behaviors through user feedback, usability tests, surveys, interviews, and contextual research Illustrate ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Work closely with Product, Delivery and Other teams tocreate best inclass user experience Use data analytics tounderstand quantitative metrics around user flows and user intention inorder toidentify areas for future improvement Keep abreast ofcompetitor products and industry trends Perspectives: Areal opportunity for professional growth and self-improvement inateam ofprofessionals Challenging and exciting tasks, and all the needed tools toachieve them Work Conditions: Vacation: 22working days per year Sick leave: 5paid days per year Sick lists: 100% paid with medical certificate upto10days per year Benefit cafeteria personal limit for health support
