Lead UI/UX Designer in Atlas IAC

Our company is growing successively, so we are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the online casino or gaming industry
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards
• Strong design portfolio highlighting UX/UI skills in various areas. Examples in gaming and/or fintech are an advantage
• Experience building design systems, interaction patterns, mapping user flows and creating top notch user experiences

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the UX and UI Design processes
• Lead the team of Ui/Ux Designers
• Continually review team’s work and implement necessary changes to design practices
• Ensure the consistent implementation of design and branding guidelines and standards
• Identify user needs and behaviors through user feedback, usability tests, surveys, interviews, and contextual research
• Illustrate ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Work closely with Product, Delivery and Other teams to create best in class user experience
• Use data analytics to understand quantitative metrics around user flows and user intention in order to identify areas for future improvement
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
