Responsibilities: Maintaining equipment in working order; Keeping track of user requests in the Helpdesk system; Developing scripts for building reports and optimizing your robots; Monitoring of virus activity; Provision of access rights to IT resources; Monitoring and administration of servers. Installation and maintenance of software on servers. Administration of network equipment Cisco, Dlink, Oracle servers, Office 365, Intune, Azure, SCCM, AD.
