Lead system administrator in SIA SkyGroup

The company "SIA SkyGroup" is a leading provider of services in the field of cloud solutions. 

We are looking for a highly qualified system administrator who will support our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company's computer systems and network, as well as ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the information infrastructure.

Tasks:

- Providing technical support to users in case of problems with communications, software or hardware.

- Respond to requests for configuration, installation and support of computer hardware and software.

- Implementation of data and network security measures .

- Monitoring and analysis of system operation in order to detect and correct deviations.

- Interaction with service providers and equipment suppliers to solve technical problems.

- Preparation and updating technical documentation.

- Installation and configuration of servers.

Requirements:

- Experience as a system administrator for at least 5 years.

p>- Understanding the principles of operation of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, RDS, VPN, Group Policy, DFS services;

- Experience in administration of the 1C\BAF server part;

- Experience in working with video surveillance systems and ACS will be an advantage;

- Knowledge of WinServer 2012-2022,

- Mail servers: Microsoft Exchange, Zimbra;

- Office 365, including Exchange , Teams, SharePoint and other components;

- DB (MS SQL, MySQL);

- Virtualization ESXi, Hyper-V, Proxmox. Tools for monitoring and backing up virtual machines;

- Backup skills, mastering PC recovery methods after failures (Veeam, Acronis).

- Understanding the principles of local networks;

- Experience with Cisco, HP, Mikrotik, Fortinet, Ubiquiti network equipment

- Have basic Linux skills - installation/configuration of packages and services, troubleshooting, log analysis.

- Basic knowledge of the command line (CLI) in Linux for process monitoring (ps, top, htop, atop, lsof), system performance checks (nmon, iostat, vmstat), network connection diagnostics (ping, traceroute, mtr, nmap , netstat, tcpdump, dig).

- Knowledge and experience with data storage and processing.

- Ability to work with gateways, switches, servers and other network equipment.

- Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions under limited time.
