Open vacancy for the position of LEADING SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR.

Your duties:

• Support and configuration of IP telephony:
  Development, configuration and maintenance of IP systems -telephony, including hardware phones and softphones (Zoiper, MicroSIP). Diagnosing and troubleshooting IP telephony, ensuring its smooth operation.
• Management of networks and VPNs and others:
  Configuration and administration of VPN networks for remote employees and mobile devices Management of routing and port forwarding on routers (eg MikroTik). Prompt resolution of network problems, ensuring a stable connection for all users.
• Computer literacy and systems administration:
  Deep configuration of operating systems to improve productivity and security. Administration and support of remote workstations, ensuring their reliable operation. Diagnosis and elimination of system failures, carrying out scheduled maintenance.
• Repair and maintenance of equipment:
  Operative repair of computer and office equipment. Prioritizing repair and maintenance tasks, such as solving critical VPN problems, before secondary tasks. Surfing the Internet. Using Internet resources to continuously learn and find solutions to technical problems. >
• Interaction with AI:
  Application of AI capabilities to optimize work processes. Interaction with AI to solve complex tasks, automation of routine operations.
• Solving incidents and problems:
  Quick identification and elimination of problems in the infrastructure, minimizing downtime. Real-time user support, ensuring uninterrupted functioning of IT systems.
• Remote access management and RDP file configuration:
  Remote access configuration and administration: Ensuring safe and secure employee access to work computers computers and servers through remote desktops (RDP).
  Configuring RDP files for convenient user connection to remote machines. This includes specifying required parameters such as IP addresses, usernames, security settingsand connection features. Optimize remote machines: Adjust RDP session settings for optimal performance, such as turning off unnecessary visual effects or adjusting bandwidth to improve responsiveness.
  Remote user support: Help employees connect to remote desktops , solving access problems and teaching the correct use of RDP files.

We offer:

• Fixed rate: UAH 24,500/month and additional payments for fruitful work.
• Regular payment of wages without delays and in stipulated amounts twice a month, regular revision of wages .
