This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire and guide teams to deliver high-quality products and services.Responsibilities{{:}} Lead and manage the Engineering, DevOps, SQA, and Technical Support teams, ensuring efficient and effective operation Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of all systems and applications Develop and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and leadership Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges promptly Implement and monitor DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) Ensure comprehensive quality assurance and testing processes are in place Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal and external stakeholders Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and integrate them into the team's workflow. Qualifications{{:}} Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field At least 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role Proven experience in managing and leading Engineering, DevOps, SQA, and Technical Support teams Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
